Jill is a full-time receptionist at Helmwood who was born far and away from Kentucky, her hometown being La Crosse, Wisconsin. An honors student in high school, Jill has maintained her interest in academics by occasionally assisting at Lakewood Elementary school during her free time. She has two children, Meghan and Dillon and is married to Jim, a technician at Alltel. Completing the family are their four furry companions: Siberian Huskies Sage and Lacey, and orange cats Gilbert and Junior. For leisure, Jill likes to fish, sew, bake and collect porcelain dolls.

Receptionist Theresa joined the Helmwood family in April 2007. Theresa loves to decorate and work on home improvement projects. She also plays the banjo and enjoys spending time with her husband, Owen, and her children Amanda and Kendrick. She has two cats, Brownie and Blackie.

A receptionist at Helmwood since 2006, Christina hails from Elizabethtown and attended Central Hardin High School. Christina's hobbies include fishing, volleyball, soccer and spending time with her family and three dogs, Koda, Molly and Sassy.

Receptionist Shannan joined the Helmwood staff in June 2007. A native of Brandenburg, Shannan is also a certified insurance agent. At home, she cares for two dogs, Ella and Sammy, and enjoys kayaking, antiquing and spending time with her family.
