Having graduated Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky in 1998, Dana has been a technician at Helmwood since 2002.
Dana is involved in several community service organizations and is an active member of the Valley Creek Baptist Church. She has worked as a volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House in Lexington and participates in the World Wildlife Federation and the National Wildlife Federation.
During her leisure time, Dana enjoys hiking, boating, reading, fishing and antiquing. She can also be found spending time with her Pekingese, Buddy.
Native to the area, Cathy worked as an assistant here at Helmwood Veterinary Clinic while attending North Hardin High School. In 2005, she returned to Helmwood as a Murry State University Graduate, where she majored in Animal Health Technology and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture.
Outside her work at Helmwood Vet Clinic, Cathy also performs obedience training with dogs at Belle's K-9 Academy. Her leisure time is spent cooking, reading with her cat Founder by her side, and hiking with her two dogs, Abby and Trixie.
A technician at Helmwood since 2003, Leslie graduated from Central Hardin High School and attended Sullivan University.
Caring for her numerous pets keeps Leslie very busy. Her pets include 2 dogs, a Boston terrier named Sophie Joe and Ozzie, a Beagle mix, and her 6 cats, named Linous, Lucy, Bonnie, Maggie, Fizzy, Lou Lou and Mickey. Leslie loves to spend her free time outdoors. She can often be found hiking, boating, or swimming when weather permits.
Originally from Muldrough, Cassie joined the staff of Helmwood Veterinary Clinic in late 2004 as a veterinary technician.
Married to Donnie, Cassie enjoys baking sweets and singing in church choir. At home, she's kept busy by her two children, Daimon and Mercedes, two husky dogs, Ruby and Butterball, and three cats: Garlic, Squirt and Biscuit.
A native of Brandeburg, Ky., certified veterinary technician MaryAnn joined the Helmwood staff in 2006. A 10 year veteran of the animal-care field, MaryAnn attended Murray State University, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture.
MaryAnn is a certified EMT and lifeguard. Her hobbies include hiking, camping, fishing, reading and spending time outside with her daughter JuliAnn. MaryAnn's family includes a menagerie of pets, with three cats, two dogs and two rabbits filling her home.
